Everything started out OK with SOUNDCLOUD, and started to build up my monthly plays and small increases in monthly payouts, then all of a sudden every track I upload was declined or rejected for one reason or another. I'd fix the issue and resubmit only to be rejected again for something else. Lately SC is rejecting every one oof my tracks for "AI Generation" when they are not. I even we as far as uploading "white noise", and my 11yr old son "singing / rapping" to test their internal system. It was declined foor AI Generation. It's gotten so ridiculous and frustrating. It's ironic and hilarious that they're using AI to flag and reject so called AI tracks. It's turned into a joke.

SoundCloud has unfortunately become a constant source of frustration for musicians. I keep dealing with false accusations about using third-party samples in completely original tracks, and proving the obvious can take weeks or even months. Then there’s the endless nonsense around cover artwork, with constant nitpicking about what should and shouldn’t be allowed, often with vague or inconsistent rules. But the worst part is the customer support — absolutely terrible response times, sometimes taking months just to get any reply, if one comes at all. For a platform that claims to support artists, this level of moderation and customer service is completely unacceptable.

Published with them for years, and the latest release has been blocked for weeks with only frivolous reasons and no human to clarify why my distributions are rejected. They've lost the soul and soon my membership.

scam, they never pay out, they approve the track and when its time to get paid the find something so they dont have to pay, like oh you selected clean version, but you should have selected not explicit. WTF, they first approved for monetisation. Another track was making 20k streams and when it was toime to get paid they said its AI, iot was ****** not., half of the shit on their website doesnt work, support is terrible,do never make the mistake of letting soundcloud distribute your tracks.

They are making problems out of things there are fictive problems, I know this because they say okay (after a long battle) to one release, but then the next release, same dicussion.. btw with there chatbot, not on there tickets - cause they never return with it.. money out the window

Don't pay for it, use it free instead. They don't want to monetize/ distribute. I have given them three of my own releases, and they are still 'its ai', so I proof that it isn't, through Koda (where my music is Proven to be mine. Then the picture is anothers, so I have to send them - when and where they are from.. like from scratch pictures and so on. 3 releases, where SoundCloud makes it a living hell, to prove one's own made releases. So don't pay, they make it a hell for you to get monetized + distributed. And this is for the second month and I am still waiting, proving.

SoundCloud offers terrible support, even with the most expensive plan. They don't answer your questions, they don't resolve anything. You're left on your own with your situation, dealing with bots that don't understand you. About a month later, they send you a support email saying, "We're experiencing high traffic, so we can't respond to you." And then they don't reply. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're getting really stupid with this AI handling of inquiries. They're all lazy and just want your money.

I demand to cancel my subscription for the next year. You have the most disgusting service of all music services - a complete lack of technical support despite the fact that your technical system does not work. This is the first and last year that I use soundcloud. Technical support does not respond to messages in the chat or email at all and does not solve problems and I am forced to demand to cancel the subscription publicly! For those who don't understand why I have to write this publicly, I'll explain. In the Soundcloud For Artist profile, in the Subscription section, it says: To make changes to your subscription, please email support. But Soundcloud Support doesn't respond to emails or chat messages.
