The product was great and Samantha was awesome. I love that we had the ability to customize and an Account Manager who could give suggestions for improvement.

Solid platform and everyone we interacted with, from Sales to CSat were great. The platform in intuitive worked well. Our business is not a high-volume lead business and we typically have very large deal size. Our use case wasn't perfect for Artisan but that's not the fault of their platform. Comparing to other "done for you" outbound models we have used, this is a much better option for someone who wants to be more hands-on in ensuring the AI drives the desired outreach.

I really like this tool! It helped us drop other tools we were using and use just one - it made the costs lower and efficiency higher. I used it a year ago and it wasn't that great but since they released a new version it is really top-notch!

We tried Artisan AI for a few months. The concept is promising, and their team does provide support to help fine-tune messaging and outreach. The leads seemed decent, and the outreach itself was not bad. But the actual results were disappointing. We saw only about a 0.07% positive response rate, and almost none of the responses turned into meaningful interest. In other words, zilch outcomes! For us, it did not deliver the outcome we were looking for.

Michael is super helpful! Artisan has been great for my sales pipeline, freeing up time finding cold leads.
