Great Customer Service, Positive Tone
Customer service was great... had questions about a shipping product, someone got back to me and was very jovial and helpful. After I received it, I was welcomed into the community.

Ultimate fidget toy!
Innovative design of the Artiphon Orba makes it the ultimate fidget toy but also it’s a full-blown MIDI controller!

Hey there, thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry we weren't able to offer you a great customer support experience. Our small support team has been experiencing an influx in tickets and I apologize if your ticket got lost in the shuffle. We recently brought on additional help in our support department and we're working on improving that experiencing for our customers. We really appreciate you hanging in there with us!

Hardware good, software not so much
The product was delivered relatively on time considering covid delays. The product is quality. However the software side of things has been severely lacking. it's been almost two months and the Android app and even the Windows app still have serious issues and limited functionality.

A fun music machine for all ages
A fun music machine for all ages! Does take a little time to get used to and understand how to operate - but the online videos certainly help. Fun to rock out in the back yard, the car, the bath... just about anywhere!!! :)

Excellent instrument
Excellent instrument and idea but you have to improve communication and operations and a bit also on software development related things. Keep up the good work guys, you will be awesome! :)

Hey Bianka, thanks for your review! We really appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry we weren't able to provide you with exceptional customer service. Our support team is a bit overwhelmed with an influx of support tickets, but we recently brought on more help so we can better serve our customers. We're also using more reliable couriers now. We appreciate you hanging in there with us. :) We're also working on more firmware updates to provide better playability and add more functions to Orba. So be sure to keep an eye out for more firmware updates in the very near future! Thanks again.
