A great company to work with. I have been very satisfied with everything from the quality of my Orba, to the online support and the responsiveness of the Artiphon people!

I bought an Orba on kickstarter and there was a lot of delay in delivery even considering the pandemic. The communication was very bad giving me off and saying things that were not true, such as that it was already sent, when it was not real, another thing was that the private buyers had their Orba before the project sponsors. Another question is that I have sent several messages to ask for the shirt that I pay in the pack that I sponsor and I am still waiting for the shirt and the answers. I don't think I buy anything else from Artiphon.

After a too long period of waiting to get my Orba, I finally received it and enjoyed, as much as I could, discovering the different functionalities it offers. I really appreciate the regular software updates together with new developments. I'm still waiting for the possibility to add my own sounds. Orba, a small great musical friend !

Aspettavo di avere Orba tra le mie mani dall'inizio della campagna di crowd funding. Ho dovuto attendere, ma ne è valsa la pena (anche perché nel frattempo il dispositivo è stato aggiornato e migliorato e so che ci sono in serbo altre novità e migliorie). È un prodotto perfetto? Nì. È divertente, innovativo, ti aiuta a cambiare "prospettiva", ma ha ancora dei limiti per il momento (ad esempio i pacchetti di suoni sono limitati e, soprattutto, è possibile impostare solo una scala maggiore o minore). Lo consiglio comunque? Sì. Ogni aggiornamento del firmware che ho potuto sperimentare ha apportato sensibili migliorie allo strumento, perciò confido molto nei prossimi. Lo consiglio sia a musicisti che hanno voglia di sperimentare e creare, sia a non musicisti e appassionati, che saranno in grado di costruire passo passo delle piccole canzoni. Servizio clienti in inglese, ma molto puntuale.

Artiphon is truly innovative. It's so refreshing to have such new and creative ways to make music. Tools like ORBA and Instrument 1 have allowed me to think outside the box and come up with music I probably never would have before. They also allow me to perform in interesting ways that are a treat not only for me, but also my audience. I also enjoy how I've come to engage these instruments on a more casual basis, such as at my desk or sitting on the couch, without feeling limited by the plateau I've reached on my traditional instruments or feel like I should be doing a rigorous practice session before making music. I can just create effortlessly, without any personal or societal pressure. I'll also add that using both the ORBA and Instrument 1 in my studio for professional music creation has been equally amazing. I love how they've breathed new life into my virtual instruments and effects, enabling a whole new level of recording and expression! The build quality of both products is top notch! Artiphon is a great little company, with big ideas and the dedication to follow through. Their support is great and their product sustainment (updates) are more frequent and customer-driven than many other MI companies. They've been very communicative and transparent, both with Kickstarter campaigns and in general. I look forward to seeing, and of course playing, any new instruments or concepts that Artiphon comes up with in the future! I'm sure it'll be just as mind-blowing and life-changing for me and many other musicians who enjoy embracing new tools to progress musical expression.

I ordered my Orba when it was first listed on Kickstarter. We was supposedly sent to me but I never received it. It was to be delivered around Feb 16. It was returned because DHL said there was no phone number. I was told by DHL that it was going to be delivered by the Post Office. That never took place. Instead, it was turned over to a delivery service that never contacted me because they did not have my phone number. I have written numerous emails to Artiphon but so far that issue has not been resolved.

I am sorry to have to put such a note but the main problem of the Orba is not being able to save the loops. For such a limited instrument, it is necessary to be able to save and move on. I start with negative and finally say this instrument is incredible. It makes composing fun and easy. My favorite exercise: Drum loop + psychedelic Chord loop and I do my solo on the new Lead with motion detector, in the dark, lying down, Magic! Thank you
