What a great experience!!!
This company is wonderful! Me and my neighbors got our turf for all of our yards and the rest of the neighborhood wants it in their yards as well. HOA is going to put it around the pool and the entrance to our neighborhood. Thanks again to Chris and his team!

I am a DIY’er and I’ve researched turf…
I am a DIY’er and I’ve researched turf twice for 2 projects. Each time I ordered my grass from this company. They have great prices, products and service. What more can you ask for?

Customer Service
Ordered on 05MAY23 and still have not received my turf. It is 23MAY23, they delivered the infill but still no turf and bags were opened. Original customer service was great when I was trying to order but with all these issues they are slow to get back with me. I do not recommend using this company and go with someone local in your area. For artificial turf supply here is my order number 15002547 very upset with your customer service and logistics of the company. Update since my first review customer service was able to put pressure on the shipping company and it is currently in route as of 23MAY.

While we strive to give every customer a 5-star experience, we understand that your experience missed the mark. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations caused by delays on your delivery. When notified this morning that your order was not received in its entirety, our customer service department jumped on the logistics company to resolve it as quickly as possible. Within 30 minutes, we had an update that logistics was able to locate the roll and were hoping for an afternoon delivery same-day, today. Currently, we have confirmed the roll is on schedule to be delivered this afternoon. Again, we apologize for the delays and hope you enjoy your turf for years to come.

I had a super helpful sales person and…
I had a super helpful sales person and the turf seems to be a good quality turf. My main issue with this company was the delivery. First, I ordered three large rolls of turf. You would think that delivery would have been free. But, delivery alone was over $500! Second, you have to have your own crew to unload the turf. Third, the delivery guy damaged my concrete pavers.
