Terrible Experience from Start to Finish
Getting the delivery was an absolute nightmare. The truck driver didn’t show up at the promised time on the first attempt, and on the second attempt, he arrived way earlier than scheduled—without any notice. He was extremely rude and grumpy, making the experience even worse. After the installation, we noticed visible lines that look like stripes across the surface, which we assume were caused by an old product that was stored for too long. These lines haven’t gone away, making the turf look terrible. We tried contacting the company twice about this issue but never received any response. Overall, we’re very disappointed and cannot recommend this company. Terrible service, poor quality product, and nonexistent customer support.
