Dishonest intentionally overpriced none…
Dishonest intentionally overpriced none of what they present makes any sense and pricing when you’re going to put in 12 yards of material over and established area in which fake grass was on before just updating it it can’t be $4000 dishonest rip off certainly overpriced can explain themselves and they walk away They seem much like a business that will bid 10 jobs if they get one or two they won the golden cup

Grass did not last 2 years
Grass did not last 2 years. I had to do all over again with another company. They do not honor their warranty

Thank you Tom for your review. As I recall we worked really hard on your behalf to get the claim resolved with the manufacture and you were awarded your grass but because you didn't have the extended warranty the manufacture doesn't cover labor. I understand that you must feel like we are not honoring our warranty but we have done everything we said we would have done. Had the extended warranty been secured the replacement would have been completed no questions asked. We advised you of the Extended warranty upon completion of the project and you opted out.

I called their office and gave them …
I called their office and gave them the measurement of the area I need to power rake the lady gave me a quote the gentleman showed up and look at the yard and said it will be $100 higher I said the measurement is the same he said absolutely I said no thanks he said well a quota is a quota and "will stick with the original quote they wanted the money upfront before they would do anything I agreed and paid ....the area looks just the same after the power raking no improvement at all I'm out $150 An area looks the same no improvement now I know why they want your money upfront before they do any work 👎 I'm really glad I held my ground and didn't pay the 250 like the salesman was trying to up sale me into . I "am still out $150 with no improvement next time I will not pay till after the service is done buyer beware
