I had bad grass they recommended and it is now recalled which is fine but still no response and they don’t want to stand behind the products installation and still have not heard from josh or Sean or anyone about the replacement of this horrible grass

I had wear after six months. I notified the installers, the owner said he would take it up with the manufacture and get back to me. That’s been over a year ago, have not heard a word. If you are truly interested In the complete story please contact me. Thanks

Jim we would love for you to invite us out to review your grass. We pride ourselves in selling a quality product. We love feedback from our customer it shows us where we can improve and if there is something that we are unaware of then we would like to do the right thing and come out and visit with you at your earliest convenience. Very shady company. They put everything in the street prior to install. One of my neighbors hit the supplies because they took up half the street. I got a hold of the rep that night and he said that they would take care of it and he would get the driver all of the information. Then magically a week later that guy was no longer with the company and they said the driver would have to go through my home owners insurance!! They stopped answering my calls and the insurance company's calls. Will never recommend them.

I do apologize as that may seem as an inconvenience but it is standard for Gravel yards to drop the materials in the street. It is a busy time of year and in order for us to order your product to arrive before the date of installation and to ensure for a well planned installation the materials may arrive a few days before the installation. We were in contact with your neighbors insurance but because in our contract once materials are delivered to the customers home the responsibility of said materials is assumed by the homeowner. Because the insurance company had to seek responsibility from your homeowners insurance they no longer needed to speak with us. Your yard looks amazing, if you ever need anything please feel free to contact us and we will address any concerns you may have. Again thank you for your business and all of your support.

Poor customer service, possible unethical business practices. Just go spend your money elsewhere. If I could give a zero I would. Good luck ever getting them to approve a warranty replacement, that didn't take 12 months or longer. Install is poor, delivery process is terrible and grass quality is bad too, barely lasted a year.

I called them to get a repair of the turf that wrinkled. Was told they would be out Thursday or Friday. They never showed or called. Poor customer service.

They use subpar materials and then drug their feet on a warranty claim so they wouldn’t have to install the grass on their dime. Waited over 12 months for my warranty claim to go through.

We do apologize Sir we had conducted business with Global Syn-Turf as an artificial grass provider and they had been usually good at processing our claims. Since we stopped offering their products they have chosen not to process claims on behalf of our customers unless the customer contacted them directly. Since we have put our customers in direct contact with the manufacture the claims process has taken less time and more replacements are being awarded. Because we no longer conduct business with that company we now offer a higher quality product with a 15 year warranty. If you ever need anything please feel free contact us.

THE PERSON WHO SIGNED WAS .RUDE AND BASICALLY CLAIMED IT WAS HIS JOB...STAY IN THE HOUSE AND SHUT UP.....YES I AM A WOMAN...THE WHOLE CREW DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH AND REFUSED TO MOVE THE FLAGSTONE....I ASKED THE OWNER SHOULD I GO PICK UP MY OWN WORKERS??? This was a 10 Grand job...you will take Money from a woman...but Dont expecT to have a voice ON A JOB BEING DONE ON ONE OWNS PROPERTY WITH ONES OWN MONEY!!# TERRIBLE..
