We do have a Credit Card Authorization on file for you, though we no longer even record CC numbers. They are processed immediately and not saved. Richard we have changed the way we do Business. All of our homeowners know the Friday before their install date exactly when the materials are arriving when the crew is arriving and even what time. We apologize for not having this process available before but rest assure this new process is helping new customers stay in the loop. We owe it to our customers like you who were patient with us and support our business to help it become what it is today.

Thank you Nick for your review. We make our schedule once a week to maintain consistency. When a Job is complete the transaction is not complete until our Quality control comes out and inspects for any thing that may need to be addressed. When you called early that week, we notified you that we would have you on the scheduled by Thursday. Your urgency had you calling all week until Thursday (the Fifth Time) when the schedule was made we told you exactly what day when we would come out. I am not surprised at people asking about your yard your entire installation looks amazing. We have been here since day one to make right with you and provide you quality products and service. Thanks Brooke, We are quite transparent about our warranty's what is and what is not covered and we urge our customer to purchase the extended warranty plan to cover any unforeseen occurrences. Extended Warranty is offered on all initial purchases. The extended warranty protects the homeowner from having to deal with the claim or the installation costs of failed grass. The extended warranty ensures that the homeowner gets the repair done immediately no questions asked. Without the extended warranty the a claim has to be submitted to the manufacture then the process can be as lengthy as 4-6 weeks. Then when approved they offer either a credit which is another piece of grass or a refund. So this is why we encourage the extended warranty.If you still have not been taken care of please contact the office so we can see what we can do to help.

Claire thank you for expressing your experience, We would like to come back and evaluate the area where the vegetation has grown. Heavy Growth patterns are not typical after real grass has been removed unless the area is overpopulated and has a significant amount nut grass that especially during the monsoon season is hard to get rid of.
