I had a rep come out this summer and give me a quote . I reached out later to get clarification on payment options multiple times and never heard back from the rep. I still haven't gotten my project started but will probably be reaching out to another company for my home project.

We do apologize Christian, our payment option are transparent, we accept check, cash money order, cashiers check, Credit Card with a 3% merchant fee, Financing with a 6.99% rate. Where very misleading about how the grass would be with children and dogs even after being asked straightforward questions. Grass has seamlines. Didn’t put enough rock in my backyard surrounding the pool and grass causing bare spots. The patio addition they added for me is uneven and pools water in the center not to mention they splashed cement all over the side of my house and didn’t bother to offer to fix it. Run away!

Once they get your email address they will never leave you alone! This is a response to your response to my review. You say you only send a estimate, a contract and then a request for review if that's true why am I getting emails from you? You have never done any work for me. I don't have any artificial grass, I've never purchased any artificial grass from anyone, but I keep getting Emails from you to give you a review. So I thought if I give them a review I'll quit getting emails from them. Since you've never done any work for me I can't give you a good review cuz I don't know what the quality of your work is, so my only choice was to give you a one-star cuz I have no idea. PS: I find it very funny that I'm a verified purchase too, I think this whole review things a scam.

We don't solicit marketing when a customer gives us their email we send them an estimate, if they decided to move forward we send them the initial invoice and contract and then upon final completion we send an update invoice. WE were told that quality service people would be back out to fix the front yard grass after a few weeks because it had so seams. They never came out even though we called.

I do apologize Mary, Mike was your sales agent. He is no longer with us. Not only did he abandon you and his other customers, he also abandoned our entire team as well. We tried to reach out to all of the customers that he was in contact with but we apparently did not reach them all. We would have loved to be your company of choice but in this particular case our hands were tied.

Recommended wrong grass for my application. Grass is less than 1 year old and is already laying flat due to foot traffic (2 8 year old kids running around a few times per week). I had their installers come once to repair with no success.
