They did a 5 star job on the turf and brick work. However, they did some damage to the patio deck which they ultimately took care of but it took a long, long, long time to settle the claim, so 3 stars.

No follow up after installation

Did not honor price match guarantee. Instead offered a cheaper product.

5 stars for the installers 1 star for the salesperson He greatly underestimated and required our help for the difference. Not a very pleasant experience, except for the installers. They did a great job.

The representative was great, the installation was great. We loved our turf for a year but shortly thereafter, the blades of glass began falling out and now we are left with basically the base of the turf and it looks more like carpet than a lawn. Seems to me like the product should have held up much better than it did.

Many problems from the get go. Installers who do not speak English, so a lot of miscommunication. Initial estimate came up a bit short, so quilt/patchwork parts of lawn. They asked me to give it some time to see if seams laid down a bit. After a month I called and had them come back out to look at it, the lot of grass/dye/color was not available, so now I have two different color grass

In August I spent over $6700 to have them install turf, solar screens and irrigation lines. Installation of the turf and solar screens was great - they did a wonderful job. However the irrigation lines had 2 minor problems that could have been fixed in minutes. I notified the manager of the problems on August 29. On September 14 - after they missed a repair appointment on September 10 and hearing several different stories why it was taking 17 days for them to come make the repairs but they were on their way at that moment - I told the manager to forget it and I fixed the problems myself. (I'm 67 years old and disabled but I got the repairs done in less than an hour) Real sad thing is as part of what I paid them was $189 for their "Company Repair Warranty" to be on their expedited repair list. I feel that $189 was money down the drain !!!

Ricardo was great. He answered all my questions and wasn’t too pushy about the sale. Overall the work was good. I’m docking two stars cause they brought in extra rock when I put in artificial turf, but it was gray and the rest of my rock brown. I still need to figure out how to correct the error. I’m still a little annoyed no one brought it to my attention.
