Had to have the job redone as it was…
Had to have the job redone as it was not done properly or to the specifications. Artificial Turf is mating down in some areas, have seen turf done by other companies that this has not happened. Poor quality of turf????

Maybe too much business going right…
Maybe too much business going right now. Excellent at telling you how they will follow up and support their product, but terrible at actually doing so! Our green after 60 days has a large gap and the ball no longer rolls true. If this happened a year from now...we’d be stuck. Communication between the office staff, sales reps, and workers/installers appears to be very poor. Don’t trust yelp reviews...everyone is satisfied right after install. It’s down the road that matters. Regrets.

The job was completed on time
The job was completed on time. But not as requested. They cut corners when an issue came up. They did not consult the customer completing the job the easiest way possible. The completed job looks good, but was not completed as requested. Do not believe your sales rep that he will supervise the job. He never showed to my job site. If you are smart, pick a different installer.

After 10 months
After 10 months, our grass has started to buckle and not lay flat.

The final product is ok but the process…
The final product is ok but the process sucked. Had to chase them for answers and corrective action after they installed incorrectly. Would not recommend.

2 day job turned into a few weeks job
2 day job turned into a few weeks job. We decided we had enough after several attempts to meet in person for a walkthrough to discuss concerns were ignored or appointments not met by company rep. We finally eventually got a call from someone senior in the company who sincerely seemed concerned but we've had enough and ultimately simply had one final request: forget the final walkthrough and sign-offs of work and simply remove the rocks left in neighbor's yard and let's part ways.

Initial quality of my putting service…
Initial quality of my putting service was very good - however, after a few rain storms many areas collapsed. The paver walkway installed also resulted in a hastily torn down and replaced gate and damage to my existing paver driveway
