UI is extremely slow and unintuitive. Cost for companies is prohibitively expensive and they change pricing on a whim. Footage selection is alright but the search function is almost entirely unusable. Library now full of AI-generated clips.

A complete scam. Tried cancelling after one day. They refused to refund my $354. May this review cost them 100x that.

Extremely dodgy. They don't care about your countries consumer protections. They heavily HEAVILY advertise monthly pricing EVERYWHERE. Make sure you read the small grey text with the annual price (That you actually have to pay). They have NO OPTION for monthly. If they trick you into paying for the full 12 months, they will openly acknowledge that they understand why you were misled, then refuse to refund citing their own terms. Disgusting company with 0 ethics based in Israel - Don't do it.

I subscribed to Artgrid over a year ago and completely forgot about it — because I never used it. Without any prior warning, any email notification, or any reminder, they automatically renewed my subscription for USD 239.90 and blocked the funds on my bank account overnight. When I logged into my account to cancel, I discovered there is NO option to manage or cancel your subscription. None. You can change your name and your password — that's it. No cancel button, no subscription management, no access to billing data, no way to remove your payment method. Nothing. This is not an accident. This is a deliberate design choice to trap users into renewals they don't want and can't stop. I have sent a formal legal notice invoking my right of withdrawal under Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU — the renewal was processed yesterday, I am well within the 14-day legal window. I have also notified them of GDPR violations for failing to provide access to personal and financial data. If they do not refund me in full and close my account, I will be filing formal complaints with the CNPD (Luxembourg), the European Consumer Centre, and initiating a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this platform. They make it impossible to leave by design.

After using the service for a year, I renewed and payed the annual subscription, and after some months they cancelled my plan claiming the money didn't enter their account. I showed then that the money was taken out of mine and payed but they refused to acknowledge, claiming they never received the money. Absolute scam company!

Scam company I wished I saw all the negative reviews before signing up, they are some shady people from Israel, no mailing address. No customer service. No option to cancel your account, they have no functional contact form. I subscribed to the cheapest subscription and after downloading about 11 clips they disabled the download functions and gave me useless tech support like cleating your cache, browse in private mode. The issue is not my computer.

A con. No way to see on their website whether or not you have an active subscription, nor can you find your banking info and delete it. They were basically charging me for years until I finally realized accidentally on a bank statement and tried to cancel. Then the weeks-long nightmare with terrible customer service began. Only a serious threat of lawsuit convinced them to return at least the last payment of around 400 dollars, which happened because I was allegedly one day late to "cancel renewal". And I never agreed to it in the first place. They still haven't sent a guarantee that they deleted my banking information. No way to speak to a real person, only some automated emails. The Artlist part is slightly better, at least you have some overview of your account - subscription and banking info.

Horrible scam company. There is no way to check if you are being billed, no way to cancel your subscription. You have to contact them and they may not reply. Or if they reply, they may not cancel it. Then you are billed $500 for a year. Insane. I had to cancel my credit card and I'm honestly still not sure if I'm being billed as there's no online interface. (Some merchants can access your new card number automatically.)
