ArtgridReviews of artgrid.io

This company is a scam! The downloads don't even start and they don't allow you to get a refund for the services! The "free trial" is not free! They don't want to give you a refund or give you the option to cancel despite all the service issues. They don't offer a monthly fee! They advertise it as monthly but charge you an annual fee! Consumers should be protected and the company sanctioned! This company is truly scandalous and is trying to clean up its image with ARTLIST.

Artgrid is a scam! Do not sign up - they will take money form your account every year even if you email to cancel it (there's no cancellation option on the website).

I downloaded videos from artgrid and I got a logo ARTLIST on all the footages so its useless after I was promised on the license that I will be able to download always footages for free... what a disappointment

This company is a scam!!!!! Do not sign up with them! Free trial" is not free! Good luck getting a refund or them canceling your subscription. They do not offer a monthly fee! They advertise it as monthly but they charge you a annual fee!. They should be placed on every financial institutions watch list! This company is disgusting.

Be aware. They don't send subscription renewal notification emails. We had an annual subscription, and by the time we noticed that the subscription was renewed, they would not refund the payment even though we had not used the service for almost a year. You can't even manage your subscription on your account page, no cancel button or instructions. Instead, you have to search on the help site and then send a message to ask them to cancel the subscription. Very poor experience.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not make the mistake of signing up for an account. I signed up and cancelled before my one year renewal because I was not using it. I received a message from them saying my subscription was cancelled and I would not get recharged. However, once the renewal date came around, my credit card was still charged. I reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back. They do not have a phone number available anywhere on the site. And their email address is hidden in FAQs (you really have to dig for it). I have now wasted at minimum two hours trying to contact them. I am still trying to resolve this but will most likely have to contest the charge with my credit card company which is an additional hassle.

I was billed for a recurring yearly account I did not authorize.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting to hear back to get my full refund as I was also made to think that this was a monthly plan, not an entire year subscription. Their website states you have 14 days to get your full refund, so I am really hoping that they pull through and respond to me before then, but after reading these reviews I am losing hope.
