Hello Randy, When we get orders they are ALWAYS prepared to be shipped within 24 hours. Your order was received on Friday the 4th which would be shipped on Monday the 6th which it was. I know that there have been tornados and other difficult weather systems in your area as I have relatives living there. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS delivery schedule. I wish we did. We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL to insure fast delivery but once we give it to the post office it's out of our hands. I apologize that your package just got to you today (5/13). Hello Danny, Thank you for your review and concern. Sometimes during the packaging process, the lip of the container gets some powder residue on it which can prevent the inner seal from sealing completely. We also put an outer seal on each container so you can be assured that the container(s) have not been contaminated. Before shipping each container is checked to make sure the lid is torqued to specifications. In most cases, this prevents any powder from escaping. However, if you feel that you have lost some or if the product is clumped up please email me at [email protected] and we will make it right. Because we package weekly all of our containers are fresh.
