Hello Carmen, I will check on your order immediately. It was shipped on Monday, 9/29 at 12:52 AM. USPS says it was DELIVERED IN/AT MAILBOX- Oct 7th, 2025- SHREVEPORT, LA 71103. Your order was received by us on Sep 28, 2025, 1:04 PM. YES, it should have arrived sooner, but we have no control over our wonderful USPS. Because of this inconvenience to you, we will be adding an additional 500 points toward free artery detox to your account. Here is a researched reply. You can return the container for a full refund if you request but you haven't requested it. There is no direct evidence to suggest that L-arginine causes eye floaters. If you are experiencing eye floaters or have concerns about their cause, it's crucial to consult with an ophthalmologist or other qualified healthcare professional. They can properly diagnose the cause of your floaters and recommend appropriate management or treatment if necessary. L-arginine is rarely tried as a treatment for eye floaters, and this information should not replace medical advice. I understand your 1 star however it does take anywhere from 10 to 25 days to receive packages internationally, even to just Canada. I am very sorry for this delay but it is out of our hands. I will continue to track your package. I will contact the post office and stay on this for you. Please accept our apology. According to tracking your order arrived in Canada on 3/18/25 at 4:45 pm. Hello Paul, Yes, because of holidays, storms and freezing weather the Post Office has had substantial nationwide frustrating delays. We apologize for their lack of professionalism. I absolutely understand your blaming us as we are the shipper but PLEASE try to rate us on our product not the delivery. Please understand that once we give it to the shipper our ability to do anything except track the product becomes very limited. We did file a lost package form with the USPS which is the first thing we do in these cases. We have resent an additional container at no charge. We will also provide you with additional bonus points towards free Artery Detox. We value your patronage very much and do not want to lose you as a customer because of shipping. As you can see we shipped within 15 hours of receiving your order. GIVE THE POST OFFICE 1 STAR BUT WE DO NOT DESERVE THAT RATING. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THAT THE POST OFFICE CAN'T DO THEIR JOB. We are sorry for this inconvenience but we did not cause it. CALL THE POST OFFICE IT'S STILL IN THEIR CONTROL. All of our priority packages have $100 insurance. You have the right to ask USPS for a shipping refund since your order took so long to get. I apologize for the slow delivery but, as I mentioned before, once we give the packages to the post office we lose complete control over the shipping. Hello Randy, When we get orders they are ALWAYS prepared to be shipped within 24 hours. Your order was received on Friday the 4th which would be shipped on Monday the 6th which it was. I know that there have been tornados and other difficult weather systems in your area as I have relatives living there. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS delivery schedule. I wish we did. We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL to insure fast delivery but once we give it to the post office it's out of our hands. I apologize that your package just got to you today (5/13).
