Subject: URGENT – Order #4307 Incomplete – 1 of 4 Pieces Missing I received Order #4307, which was purchased and advertised as a Set of 4 Blue and Natural Seagrass Wall Decor. Only three of the four pieces were in the package. I have attached photos of the three pieces received, the original order showing a set of four, and the USPS shipping label. Please ship the missing fourth piece at no additional charge and provide tracking information. I have already attempted to contact Artera Home and have also tried the telephone number listed online, which is disconnected. Please confirm how you will resolve this order. ** I received my order today. I sent this to your customer service email today. Though I am moving very soon and I need this resolved ASAP before I leave this address. I see that you often reply to Reddit before other means so I am sending it this way to expedite and resolve the issue quickly. Thank you.
