Great packaging and corresponding to my expectations

Great customer service! Answered my questions quickly. Received my masks in 2 days in Los Angeles. Thanks again!

I ordered 50 surgical masks, 3-ply. The masks were delivered very very quick directly from China, but their quality is lacking. They are much thinner than 3-ply I have used and they have a faint chemical smell. I've checked; they are 3-ply. The masks may be good for dust protection. I am not satisfied with the quality of these masks but some protection is better than nothing.

Art 3D was superb in their handling of my very urgent order from beginning to end. I would highly recommend! Great Job! I’m a designer and if everyone’s customer service was this good, my job would be so much easier. I wish I could attach a photo of the finished product here, but it turned out wonderful
