I ordered 4 boxes: two were delivered at the same time, one was delivered that evening, and when the fourth box didn't arrive, I emailed the company with my concern. I got a response within hours. I learned that one box had been returned due to insufficient address. I let the company know. Two days later, the box showed up. I emailed the company to let them know that I received the last box and thank them. Then, I was told that they had shipped another box to me to cover the returned box. I'm not sure which final box I received from whom, but the customer service was excellent! I will buy more -

It looks like the color of this package matches the two I bought from Amazon a year ago! Thank you. The one I ordered from Amazon was from a different company and didn't match.

Love product would have given 5 stars but only gave 4 for one thing. I got an email that said product was delivered. It should have said sent out for delivery not delivered. I have ordered from the company before and same thing happened. I thought someone stole my package.

My child loves these. I think they are fun myself. They shipped fast. Super satisfied.

Great customer service, beautiful tiles

The Customer service is fantastic. The tile sample that I ordered arrived in time and was exactly as described. It looks very realistic when applies to the wall however since my plan was to place it over existing tile I am afraid my existing tile was too thick. I am going to have to remove my tile first.
