We made an order at the end of July for three pairs of shoes. We paid $260 for expedited shipping to the UK. We tried to cancel this order in the middle of August as we havent' heard any shipping updates and the shoes were not needed anymore. Then, out of the blue, the shoes were shipped mid-September, and the company was ignoring our attempts to contact them. It is now the end of September, and we still haven't received the shoes nor the feedback. We're filing for chargeback with our credit card provider.

If I could rate them a zero for lack of customer service and communication I would. However, STAY AWAY from this company!! I asked for a refund on shoes that were not delivered, spoke with 2 reps there who could not assist me other than being told I had to speak to Frank, who is a manager of some sort. In short, I have never received a return call from Frank or anyone from AS regarding my order and still trying obtain a refund.

Horrible company to deal with. I ordered over $1k worth of boots over three weeks age. Called 4 times was told all lies each time and still no resolution. Asked to speak with a manager twice with promises of a call back and got not calls back. There are fighting to give my money back. Whatever you do, don't use these guys!!

My husband and I had several issues with them. I returned boots and waited a long time for a refund. We also purchased 2 pairs of boots and still have not received them. They are a poor company with bad communication. We will never purchase anything from them again.

Ordered a specific size of shoe (7 1/2). Called with a live agent and was told that they had the 1/2 sizes. When order arrived it was not the actual size. (Size 8). Tried to return and was told I had to pay for shipping. Left messages with no return call. Don't feel I need to pay for shipping on a return when I was provided with wrong information.

Avoid this company-- ordered a hat. Stated to receive it in 7days. ordered on a Monday. 22 days later, no show. Emailed their customer service 5 times, inquiring and asking for a refund. Always the same response-- we have issued a ticket. Finally got my credit card company involved. I recommend avoiding purchasing from them. Bad customer service

I am in the UK and bought some boots in March 2025 which I returned immediately on receipt as too small. I have been chasing this company since April and still have not received a refund despite several promises that it would be done. I believe this company are fraudulent and I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest anyone else do the same. They are a bad business. This has cost me approx $500 !!

Arrowsmith Shoes is NOT TO BE TRUSTED and seemly a internet SCAM! Reasoning: I placed an order 4 June 2025, the funds taken 5 June 2025 and as of 11 July 2025, I HAVE NOT received item ordered nor funds returned. After several attempt(s) via customer service number listed on the site and no answer, a email was sent only to receive a "canned" responses ... ex: 1. you order has been received and being processed. 2. trust we will update your order status once shipped. 3. our warehouse has relocated and inventory is array. None of which seems valid for not answering the phone, returning a call or returning funds drafted 5 June 2025. So once again BEWARE! UPDATE (7/15/2025): Reached customer service via email and received a prompt response, stating tariff-related issue impacted the shipment. Requested a FULL REFUND and have to see what happens. LATEST UPDATE (10/31/2025) After several emails with responses of a REFUND. I received a reply from Adam ( 10/24/2025) that my issue was escalated for an immediate response. Allow 24hrs to investigate what went wrong. I received the purchased item 10/30/25. Item was as advertised. Would I purchase again from them and that answer is NO. Would I recommend them and that answer is NO. Do what you want and hopefully you have a better experience.
