I will give NEGATIVE stars if it was a option. My credit has been destroyed by this horrible incompetent company. They have reported a credit increase on my card by over $11,000.00 when I only have $115.00 credit. Then realizing thier error they correct it as a decrease which dropped my score by 30+ points. A few months later same issue said I have a $11,000.00 credit increase then weeks later correct It and my score drops again this time by 22points. Then you can't speak to anyone and they stop emailing you. I can't even close this cars because I can't speak with anyone or get a reply.

Horrible is an understatement. They have reported wrong information to the credit bureaus more than one time. They actually reported my balance of $32,000 when it was only $320. Took them about a month to correct it but it damaged my credit score by alot. They also set up "goals" that once you reach them they raise your credit line but that does NOT happen, they just say they are updating their system to fix the issue but it has been months.

For starters, they have probably demolished my credit by misrepresenting my credit limit ($105) to the bureaus as $10,500. Second, by their own admission, credit limit increases are dead as they are revamping the product (have been for months). Finally, customer support is either AI or it takes days just to get half-truths. If you’re trying to rebuild your credit, Open Sky or something similar is a better (but still not great) route.

I have had this card for a while now and have completed many of these task and things they ask for the credit line to increase and for months now they continue to say increases are on hold and have yet to say for how long they claim they are updating the system but how long does it take to update a system at this point? years it seem now, they say all increases will reflect when they are done yet again they dont tell you how long its going to be at all i feel whatever has chaged is very misleading to people and this extended pause they are doing defeats the purpose of the program they advertise i would not recommend anyone getting this at this point if they are looking to build or rebuild credit as they increases seem to be non existant at this point, i will be getting rid of my account here as it has become pointless.

I was approved in April for the Arro credit card. I’ve requested three times in the past few months for my card. Twice I was told that it was shipped and to expect it in 7-15 days. I never received it. After my third request I was told that the embosser was running behind and I could still use the card based on my acct info in the app. That is not the case because the card has to b activated and I cannot activate it without an actual card. For test purposes I tried using my acct info to make a purchase online and card was declined. I went into the app trying to activate my account but when asked if I’ve received my card, of course I answered no so the card could not b activated that way either. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. There’s no phone number to call. Why approve me for a card and not send me a card. What’s the purpose of that??? I don’t know what I’m supposed to do to get my card.

I’ve been trying to close my account since February. It’s now June and the account is still not closed. I got a pass due bill and reached out to find out why. I was told that when I reached out to close the account I still had a balance so the account could not be closed but once the balance was paid the account would be closed. I immediately paid the balance in its entirety so the account would be immediately closed. I just got a pass due bill in my email again so here I am reaching out to close the account again.

Absolutely useless!! They charge you a $50 fee to get the card and then only give you $150 credit limit! You're much better off getting a secured card, then to get this useless card!
