My subscription has been cancelled for well over a year and a half, I moved States and to my surprise all this time later recieved a charge. Went onto the account and they have somehow restartes my subscription, i had to cancel all over again and hope for a refund. I emailed them and they advised they sent a reminder email, which they did NOT, my last email was a cancellation confirmation over a year ago. This site is a SCAM

I bought the Constipation capsules and I'm tempted to say it's a COMPLETE SCAM. They do absolutely nothing! If anything they make it worse. Co-ton is significantly better and much cheaper! Also herbal and I've been using the for years, but thought I'd try something else. Milk of Magnesia is the best, though! Works like a charm.

MB-1 is a scam. The amount of marketing to sell these fake products is crazy! They make big claims without any actual clinical trials or tests. I’m not sure how they come up with numbers when there’s no real scientific evidence. It’s just influencers promoting this brand.

Unfortunately the guarantee this company offers does not give you a full refund in the event you need to return the products if you’re not satisfied. In my case none of the products I ordered from Arrae agreed with my body and I felt ill. They offered to only refund me the unopened bottles if I returned them at my cost. Clearly this is not a company that offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very misleading

If I could give no stars I would! This company has predatory practices. The products don’t work at all and they charge your card for another order after you’ve gone through the process of cancelling. But they make it so tricky to cancel and when you think you have, you better triple check. They don’t give any warning prior to let you know you wil be charged again either. Having to go through the entire cancellation process again, and emailing them before the product even shipped that I didn’t it want it, the product didn’t do anything and that I had cancelled. They said no refunds. Any company who doesn’t stand behind their product with a money back guarantee should be avoided at all costs! This company is a scam!!!!

SCAM! They have been charging me and I’ve never received my orders, they keep charging me every month and I’ve cancelled my subscription several times.

Dishonest company - autoshipped product without informing, asked me to drop it off at Canada Post with a "return to sender" marking and did not have to pay for return shipping. Canada Post advised there would be no tracking as it was not being paid for. Went ahead and followed the instruction and then Arrae refused to process the refund because there was no tracking even though I did as instructed. Also the product does not work. If you read the ingredients you can buy many of the ayurvedic herbs for 10% of the price they charge and just take it yourself.
