First of all the product seems to work. I only does it about 3 weeks until it made all my joints hurt. I learned that the high chromium level in the product was the culprit. So I stopped taking it. I order the 3 month supply and when I requested a refund, only received a refund for 1 bottle. No explanation. I even took a picture amid the 2 unopened jars. Stay away from this company!

Horrible experience. Bought one item for total of $70. My address was actually a PO Box at a post office. The address was a post office. All they had to do was hand it to a clerk. They said it was undeliverable and sent me a link to file a ticket there was nowhere to file a ticket. Never again. And I’m sure I will not get a refund.

Terrible service. My order was marked as delivered without actually being delivered, and when I wrote to customer service for assistance, they suggested I do what I already told then I did (checked with neighbors, checked around my mailbox, etc.). So that was incredibly unhelpful. They also advised me to reach out to the carrier and wrote it in a way as if to shift responsibility to the carrier, but it is a company they chose to use, not me, so it should be on them to follow up and rectify.

BEWARE! Arrae Clear protein gave me severe digestive issues...which is NOT an issue I've had in the past! I tried to return the product for a refund....that did not go well! First of all, their customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. As requested by Arrae, I spent days sending emails with pictures trying to process the return. Finally, I received a notice they were refunding $40. However, I signed up for the 3 month subscription which they advertised as the best deal. And, as advertised... I thought I could return the product for a refund if it did not work out. Beware! That is NOT their return policy!!! I paid for 3 boxes ($120). They are refunding for one box not all 3! I lost $80 on the transaction!!!

The customer service is an absolute joke, not to mention that the creatine TONE in Mixed Berry is hard to chew and completely gross. I did not enjoy the product and their service is horrendous. I purchased an order and had to cancel, before they shipped. They said the order was cancelled but the item/order came anyways and I was abroad. They wanted a picture to show that it was brand new it was as I got a sample pack to try the creatine.

Terrible company, they messed up the delivery, admitted it and I was asked to pay additional custom charges as they mislabeled and then would not help get the package through. Absolute awful.. every buyer be ware - terrible company.

I should have read these negative reviews before purchasing. Their customer service really is terrible. The order took months to actually reach and we were out of town by the time it was finallly "marked as delivered". It was supposed to have been delivered a week prior, so that I would be able to receive it before I left, but they use a terrible delivery service (not your verified UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc) and the package was nowhere to be found when I was back. They refuse to honor a refund even though I PURCHASED package protection for this very reason. Terrible company and ethics.

Terrible experience. Has been a month since I placed my order. Severe lack of communication and terrible customer and delivery service. Have now asked for a refund and will not order from this company again.
