Timely and unbroken

very helpful, product support, and customer service

I got my item in a timely manner. Their customer service was great. When I contacted them about my essential oil they got back to me real fast and was very professional and courteous. Thankyou Aromis!!

Very easy to pick out just what you need for their diffuser. The diffuser itself is just amazing. Uses so little essential oil for outstanding room coverage. I was able to order a 2nd bass that runs 12H no matter how low the setting. My old base didn't come with that option. However, they did offer a new motor which was all I needed to fix the old so now I have 2! So great to be able to order exactly what you need. I use them in every room daily & have so many pieces & parts of other cheaper water diffusers, it ridiculous. This 1 is well worth the price!!! 💖💖💖

Great communication and excellent diffuser with high quality oils. Super quick to ship. We got a refurbished diffuser that looks and acts as good as new, no complaints.
