Zero stars here. They are rubbish. Ive asked for return address and got rubbish replies telling me to close paypal claim. hopefully paypal will refund soon.

If I could give this company a zero, I would I’ve had the sleeves over a month wearing as expressed 20 minutes every day, I see no change in my arms. I emailed the company asking for the return policy. That was a week ago. I have heard absolutely nothing. I emailed them again. Nothing I paid $100 for these things that do not work for me and now getting no answer on their trusted return policy. I have sent 3 emails so far, no word yet. Getting angry now 😡 16 days and 6 emails. No response to any email. Now 8 emails, nothing. How do we report these AHoles? On Oct 19 my return window expires. Oh man

Terrible customer service. They’re so-called return with no questions ask?? They offered a 25% refund and keep the bands. I replied no that I wanted my full refund as per policy. CRICKETS! The bands don’t work! Used while exercising and no change

I'm only 5"2 and 104 lbs! I purchased all 4 sleeves ! After using these for approximately 6 weeks I contacted the company regarding the velcro not holding while doing yoga?? They responded with tops on how to apply them??? I worked in medical I know how to apply a wrap on an extremity 😡 They also only provided 1 laundry bag which barely hd the arm bands😡I took photos of what I purchased upon request and asked to statt the refund process before the 60 days occurred! I haven't heard back . No address available to even attempt to return them??? A complete waste of time and money in my opinion!!!

Update: My return showed delivered 6/22, the package was REFUSED 6/25 and now being returned to me. Verified address was exactly as provided to me. Product was too large for me. Contacted regarding return/refund as guaranteed on their website. They offered a small discount to keep. I told them I did not want to keep as they did not work for me. Returned, and item was received per tracking. Contacted multiple times but have yet to receive my refund. They have stopped responding. Will be contacting credit card company with dispute.
