Majority of the clothing I’ve received has imperfections - snags, rips, stains, etc. the user interface isn’t great either on the app

I love the variety of different style options. Only real downside is that pieces are often not available. I've purchased a 7 piece per month subscription, but only got 4 new pieces this past month due to availability of the items (which was not known until after I placed my shipment request.) Pretty disappointing.

I don't feel like it is intuitive to figure out when I can swap clothes. I also tried to log in on the Nuuly app but it won't let me. The selection of clothes is only ok, I never see the outfits that are advertised. They are mostly just basics. The quality is also hit or miss.

I don’t feel like there are enough choices. I also think that some of the items are ridiculously priced. I am not going to pay over $300.00 for a sweater that is priced because of the name not style or quality. There is good customer service and I get my questions answered quickly.

Just so you know, we don't charge for any individual items, they are included with your membership! You can ignore the price tag on every item and enjoy renting them for $0. I like the range of sizes, styles and brands offered. When it’s time to build my case it takes me a long time to decide what I want - I wish more case swaps were available if multiple items in the case don’t fit or aren’t my style. Having the case for an entire month when I only wear 2 items makes the service not very useful. Since they carry so many styles and brands I also find many of the items in the inventory are not what I want to wear so it’s hard to build my case.
