App is not the easiest or organized. Clothes arrived and had a peculiar outfit. Did not use and will return.

I dislike how many styles are listed as 'coming soon' and/or are never available. Generally, the selection feels very limited. I also received a damaged item that was unwearable in my last box as well as a forgotten item and when I reached out was told the damaged item couldn't be replaced and the jeans I didn't receive were not available. In general such a great idea but execution is a headache. Needs a lot of work, not sure I'll continue with it. I love the brands and if half the stuff were in stock it would be way more fun.

Clothing quality can be hit or miss. I've had about 1/3 of the items show up in really poor or damaged condition. Also their return process is PAINFULLY long. It seems that items I return don't register as "returned" until almost 3 weeks after I take them to the post office, which holds up my ability to get new items, so I feel like I am paying for a service that I don't get to utilize because their internal system is not logistically optimized. The plus side is that there are a LOT of options from brands that I like, way better than I have experienced with other rental services. I am going to give it another month before deciding whether to quit.

We're sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with Armoire, and greatly appreciate your helpful feedback, Erin. While we have a stringent quality process to prevent damaged items getting to our members, rarely damaged items slip through. We will share your feedback with our operations team so that they can use it to improve their processes.

One of the reasons I got armoire was to save money on outfits during the holidays, special dresses for wedding and cute summer outfits and keep up with the current trends. I paid 2000 for the year and they had all this stuff about having to buy extra to be first on the list.. wait what I have to pay extra? You never have enough of the sizes or outfits I liked. And then by the time the outfit would come up it would be too late. The concept is great but I am not able to rent what I would like to.

The clothing I want never seems to be available when I want it. Seasonal clothing is rarely available in the current season.

Good clothes that did help me feel more myself during pregnancy. However, there was consistently 1 damaged product in every wardrobe I received. CS would offer a bonus item the next round but that meant I was missing a planned article from my pregnancy wardrobe for the month. Often, I had a special professional event (eg a talk) that I then had to improvise for. The inconsistent quality ruined my experience.
