I've had a four-item per month subscription with Armoire for about 7 months now, and I'm loving it. The service is a great way to constantly refresh your wardrobe, and it allows you to try more daring styles that you wouldn't normally buy. I also like that renting clothes is more environmentally conscious than buying new clothes. For me, shipping (both receiving and returning) has been quick and seamless. I've used the customer service live chat function on the website multiple times, and the service is always excellent. I also like that if you live in the Seattle area, you can choose to pick up your items in person at the Armoire Go location. When picking up, if you find you don't like one of the items you reserved or it doesn't fit, you can switch it out for a different item on the spot. Love love this service, can't recommend it highly enough!
