I ordered a pair of adidas Sambas from the German website, and what I received were clearly fake! The quality was poor, the sizing was off, and the overall appearance didn’t match the original product at all. I contacted customer service immediately to return the shoes, but only received copy-paste automated replies – no return address, no real response. I also tried reaching out to the alternative contact provided in the PayPal confirmation, as suggested by the seller, but got no reply there either. After weeks of trying to solve the issue directly, I had no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal in order to get my money back. Which thankfully worked very quickly! I strongly advise others not to buy from this store! The products are not authentic, and there is absolutely no customer support if something goes wrong.

This a scam website.The original Arlo and Joy closed their doors 3 years ago. DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company!! They are impersonating the original Arlo and Joy.
