Recieved a dress which was really thin fabric, low quality. Not fit for purpose. Asked about returning it as it was too small and was told it needs to be returned to China at a min cost of between £17 and £42. The dress was only £22. Emailed them to say their just another just another scam Internet company. They then offered me 5% refund. Clearly they need £20 more than I do. Told them where to go. The last thing I returned to China came back to me 4 months later.....joke! Stay well clear of this dodgy company.

Fake Schuhe! Käuferschutz von PayPal ist auch nicht wirklich hilfreich. Schuhe zurückgeschickt (Rücksendegebühren knapp 50€). Paket konnte in Vietnam nicht zugestellt werden, wird auch vom Empfänger nicht bei seiner Postfiliale o.ä. abgeholt. Somit Geld weg!

Non comprate assolutamente da questo sito!!! Dopo una lunghissima attesa mi sono arrivate delle scarpe non originali (pagate come originali) in una scatola completamente distrutta e riferibili ad un negozio cinese. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che non mi ha mai risposto. Sono andata su paypal e mi è stato comunicato un indirizzo mail al quale scrivere. Ho mandato una mail di nuovo senza risposta. Ho aperto una contestazione e veniva fornito un altro indirizzo mail di contatto, differente dai precedenti. Con l'intervento di Paypal il fornitore ha mandato le istruzioni di reso con spedizione in Vietnam, a differenza di quanto scritto nel sito che indicava come indirizzo di reso Regno Unito o Stati Uniti. Paypal sta ancora analizzando il caso. Evitate questo fornitore!

I ordered a pair of adidas Sambas from the German website, and what I received were clearly fake! The quality was poor, the sizing was off, and the overall appearance didn’t match the original product at all. I contacted customer service immediately to return the shoes, but only received copy-paste automated replies – no return address, no real response. I also tried reaching out to the alternative contact provided in the PayPal confirmation, as suggested by the seller, but got no reply there either. After weeks of trying to solve the issue directly, I had no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal in order to get my money back. Which thankfully worked very quickly! I strongly advise others not to buy from this store! The products are not authentic, and there is absolutely no customer support if something goes wrong.
