ArkServers.ioReviews of arkservers.io

Have been loving the arkserver.io. we moved from other providers due to constant crashes on our Rust server. Sins we have moved have not experienced 1 crash that was their fault. Portal is easy to use. and have advanced features that want to use it. Have made our lives easier. we have 2 servers with them and no issues.

Love their service, simple and straight-forward. Easy to use Ark interface, no lag, no stuttering, easy to add mods or remove them. Its also easy to add or remove friends from my server. Only downside is the price jump to run Genesis II, granted its partially Wildcard's fault for how much memory it takes to run the map. Overall I've had zero issues and loving it!

Prices are great, the ability to customize is super easy and just great, it's been a super smooth ride so far, setting up a cluster is ridiculously fast and easy. I can use filezilla for the servers so that's great aswell. My cluster is hosted in Europe yet I have 4 american players and 1 from Asia and none of them are complaining about connection issues, I don't even know how that's possible but you wont see me complaining! Now I would totally give arkservers.io 5 stars but the reason I won't is because they don't support ArkAPI but that won't stop me from using this hosting company. One more thing is that when contacting them you don't have the classic checkboxes of priority levels so sometimes it can take a little while to get a response, that being said, I never had to wait for more than 12 hours, normally the response time is very fast.

I have been using ArkServers.io from close to 4 years now and each server I have hosted on it has been seamless and just a joy to use. The server options and settings are well laid out and explained. The backup service has not once been needed and works well. The system updates has not once missed an update and I have not experienced any downtime. Thanks Arkservers.io

I am loving this host. They are clear, on time, and have really good mod support. I had a problem with my server early on and I sent them a message for help. They responded in less than ten hours and had the problem fixed by the end of the day. My group and I were thrilled.

Iv been enoying this so far!

This is my 3rd Ark server host, and the easiest by far and most convenient to run. I love these guys for my ark server, and honestly, if they did conan too, i'd use them for my host for my conan server as well! great job guys - keep up the hard good work!

It's a good hosting platform, very easy to use and not too too expensive, worth the money tbh
