Good company to deal with. Quickly responds and obviously cares for the investors. Settled a concern in my favor, even when they could have rightfully not done so. I know they’ll treat me right. Good ROA.

Michael Morales was the customer service agent who helped me with my issue. I am new to this type of investing and he not only explained what I needed to know but then he followed through to help me resolve my issue even faster. I am happy to recommend their customer service!

Great way to diversify as part of a larger investment strategy. We’ve happily been using the site for a year and have invested several thousand dollars, receiving dividend income on our shares. Easy to use interface to buy and sell shares of rental property. Would recommend.

Let’s see, I love how easy you make investing, higher yields than that other App. I wish you had more vacation or abnb properties. Just sit back and enjoy the passive income you receive monthly cash distributions from rental income.

Hi Eric, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the ease of investing and the returns you're seeing. Your suggestion about adding more vacation or Airbnb-style properties is greatly appreciated—we’ll be sure to share this with the team as we explore future opportunities. We're grateful to have you as part of the community and excited to continue supporting your journey toward passive income!
