However, there are certain selected 'Open to All' properties including in Arizona City, Dallas, Atlanta, and Tempa that are available for non-accredited investors. You can find the “Sell” box easily on the secondary market property page. You will also see the “Sellable” shares number under the green “Sell” button. The minimum holding period for each property is listed under the “Exits” section of the property page. When you browse your Ark7 portfolio page, you can click the arrow to expand and see more info for the property you wish to sell, including the “Sellable” shares number under the property certificate.
