Hi there - thank you for updating your review and sharing additional feedback. We're glad to hear that you’ve received your refund, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during the process. Regarding the initial issue, your account was deactivated due to a failed deposit from your Bank of America account. We have reactivated your account, and you should now be able to add new bank accounts and initiate withdrawals. We understand you’ve successfully added a new bank account and completed your withdrawal, and we appreciate your patience. As for the promotional bonus, it is credited once orders are fulfilled and meet the necessary qualifications. Since there were no funds to fulfill an order, the bonus was not applied. You can refer to our terms and conditions for more details: https://ark7.com/legal/promo. We understand your concerns about our follow-up to confirm whether your issue has been resolved or if you need further assistance. Our goal is to ensure your experience is positive. Since we haven’t heard from you recently, we apologize if our follow-up made you feel hassled—it was not our intention, and we’re sorry for any misunderstanding. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re here to help and value your feedback as it helps us improve. - Ark7 Support
