Ark7Reviews of ark7.com

I joined Ark7 about half a year ago, looking to diversify my real estate crowdfunding investments while maintaining stable returns. The platform is very easy to navigate and there are always available investments to choose from. Above all, however, is the really excellent and personable customer service, that I rarely encountered on other funding platforms. I am looking forward to my future experience with Ark7.

When I tried diversify my investments I look for sustainable cash distribution Immediately and tax benefit. Ark7 satisfied this sector with depreciation on tax return, future appreciation on assets, and distribution reinvestment monthly. This is a win-win situation especially the younger generation can build assets faster on compound per month while mature generation don’t need a wait time. You get your distribution the next beginning of the month invested. Gain not only as well as possible tax lower to next level. The key point is almost zero attention. The peace of mind is very important to me, with Ark7’s efforts I win at buying point -The very important beginning! The monthly cash flow. Then the freedom of choices. I highly recommend Ark7 if you have same thoughts like me. Run some numbers since all information are public on its website. Verify them by your research on counties appraisal websites.

Ark7 is a wonderful diversification to my investment portfolio. It is stable and safe. I've been investing with Ark7 for over 2 years! Great customer service too!

This is literally my only positive investment this whole year...

I've used Ark7 for almost 2 years now! I love how simple it is to use Ark7 and how easy it is to own a piece of real estate without worrying about managing it. The app and website user interface are really top-of-the-line! Monthly dividends payment is amazing.

I really enjoy the work the Ark7 team has done. The transparency of this platform is wonderful and the convenience of use, the great mobile application; all in, this is one of the better experiences in my opinion in real state investments out there. The fact that both Ark7 and the investors have skin in the game makes this more a partnership than a service found elsewhere. This is just the beginning, but I can't wait to see more and diverse investment opportunities or classes added to my portfolio. Steady wins the race! I'm glad to be able to invest in real state with Ark7. Thank you to the entire Ark7 team!

Have been invested on Ark7's platform for over a year now. The platform is user friendly, just works, and fractional real estate is a great piece of diversification of my assets. Transferring cash back and forth, and buying pieces of newly launched properties works smoothly. Excited for upcoming liquidity/trading features.

I couldn’t be happier with how easy, transparent, and thorough everything has been investing with Ark7.
