Really easy way to get into real estate…
Really easy way to get into real estate with a small (or large) investment, without all the hassles of managing properties or knowing the markets!

Real estate investing made easy
So far a very exciting place to invest. Unlike a REIT you can invest in a single or multiple properties of your choosing and feel like you have a real ownership interest in the homes. A great way to invest in real estate without the huge cost as a barrier to entry or the headache of property management.

Short term rent income and long term appreciation
If you want to get a short term rent income and long term appreciation. You can consider their product. Invest the money which you do not use for a long time.

I like the focus of this company
I like the focus of this company. It was founded by an ex-Google engineer and it's obvious by how streamlined the Site is. This platform gives you the opportunity to invest in individual properties. It does take awhile to fully fund these properties, but in the meantime, since the LLC purchased the properties, you collect passive income, and appreciation on the property. I'm invested in a lot of companies of this style, and I think this platform has a very strong future.
