The owner is friendly and helpful, service was excellent and shipping super fast. I miscalculated on sizing of a few items ordered, but that was my error; first time order. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchases and the items the owner recommended were perfect. I particularly like some of the magnetic clasps--good n strong! Thank you!

Customer service is very good, I was helped by David and it went smoothly with adjusting from the expensive shipping to Canada to a more affordable rate and the package actually did not take that long to receive. Only want to mention that the magnets were smaller than I expected (in my case I'd order them anyways, if I knew so it was ok), however keep in mind and best is to double check that, depending on what you need.
