Do not order from this company. I ordered Christmas garland 11/20. Tracking says it’s in Finland as of 12/3!! Ugh!

Same experience… ordered the lovely Christmas garland like everyone else who has commented. Apparently my order originated in Sweden??? “Arrived Shipping Partner Facility in the United States” is what I see from this tracking number provided… has been at the “shipping partner” since Dec 2nd. I ordered the second week of November… Shame on me for not doing my homework to inquire about company before ordering!! If I haven’t received by Friday will contact my bank/card to cancel/refund and report company as fraudulent.

Order garland from this company, paid and now getting tracking info from Italy. Like the other reviews, don’t think it will arrive by Christmas. Order placed third week in November, and is still Italy

Another IG SCAM, Don’t order!! Ordered a Xmas garland. The tracking number is fake. Apparently it’s coming from Portugal which is a news to next, others mentioned their order coming from Italy. According to others the order will never come.

Not sure if I’ll ever see my holiday garland. It is supposedly coming from Italy! I would not have order if I had known this. I have received “tracking” information, but the link doesn't work yet. No matter, i will not receive the garland in time to use this year.

Haven’t received my order and this company is impossible to reach. Terrible communication with estimated delivery and tracking. Dont count on them if it’s something you really need. Won’t order from them again.

I placed two separate orders for faux pine Christmas garland on two different credit cards. Both orders gave me the total price for each order and then the amounts that were charged to my credit cards were both overcharged. There is no phone number to contact this company and I have not received a response to my email to the customer service department. I will dispute this with my credit card company! Buyer beware!!!
