I purchased this "deluxe" snowblower 4.5 years ago, but it has been a major disappointment. Out of the 18 snowfalls we’ve had since then, it has only functioned 8 times. During the most recent failure, the propulsion system gave out. My dealer confirmed the belt snapped due to a manufacturing defect. Despite this clear evidence, the company refused to stand behind their product. Because of this lack of accountability, my next snowblower will definitely not be an Ariens.

I contacted regarding trying to register for a warranty of a chainsaw. Should be a simple process. After a phone call, emails and raising a ticket... a month later... nothing. If their service is this bad what would happen if I needed to get a spare? a repair or a claim on the warranty? UPDATE: After chasing and chasing I eventually was able to register
