The whole thing is nothing but productivity killer. I just cannot find any good reason to use it except that my customer wants me to. Login is often failed even though right user ID and password are used and I have to change password every time I use it.

Ho cercato di eliminare il mio account SAP Business Network. La funzione di eliminazione era difficile da individuare e ho dovuto consultare la documentazione per trovarla. Dopo aver completato la procedura ufficiale, il sistema richiedeva una email di conferma che non è mai arrivata, nonostante diversi tentativi di reinvio. Ho verificato spam, filtri, indirizzi bloccati e il corretto funzionamento della casella, che continuava a ricevere altre email SAP/Ariba. Alla fine ho dovuto contattare SAP tramite un modulo esterno. L'esperienza di cancellazione è stata molto complicata e frustrante.

SAP Ariba/Ariba network est le pire outil que je connaisse. Il n’y a rien d’ergonomique, rien ne fonctionne et il faut des heures pour chercher le moindre truc. Trop de champs/d’onglet inutile. Tout les onboardings en tant que fournisseur fonctionne avec des questionnaire mais on peut même pas savoir de quel client il provient. Conseil : fuyez ce logiciel

My small manufacturing company was forced to sign up to become a vendor for a LARGE corporation using Ariba. What a joke! A high school class of coders could whip something up that would be so much more user friendly. ALL CAPITALS AND NO DASHES ETC. Are you kidding? Is this 1989?

This is by far the worst invoicing platform we have ever had to use. It is confusing, unintuitive, and offers no meaningful help when you get stuck—which happens frequently, especially because the available tax categories are incomplete or unclear. This system is costing suppliers a significant amount of time and money. We strongly encourage you to improve the platform, as it creates unnecessary administrative work and frustration for your suppliers.

SAP mag ergonomisch und qualitativ sehr zweifelhaft sein doch dieses "Ariba-Network" schlägt dem Fass den Boden raus. So schlechte Systeme kann man sich gar nicht vorstellen wenn man es nicht erlebt hat. Dutzende irrelevante Links nur die die notwendig sind, sind garantiert nicht auffindbar. Die Helpemail wird nach 20 Minuten warten an der Helpline buchstabiert. Auf die Email antwortet niemand. Wenn man ein Ticket bekommt, wird es als gelöst beendet wenn sie schreiben, dass sie rausgefunden haben, dass es nicht funktionierte. Wir werden Firmen die Ariba Network verwenden nur noch auf Vorauszahlung beliefern.

From a contractor point of view, Ariba is one of the worst platforms for online proposal submission. Is is clunky, itrequires a maze of steps just to get to the proposals section, then, after sending a one time code to enter, the system has to send an additional link to where you are supposed to get documents and upload the proposal requiring a wait of "up to an hour." Then, since the link never comes, we have to call a number

This is the most complicated system ever; you can't get help for anything unless you "upgrade," and that won't happen, as a supplier of a company that only uses it to pay its suppliers like me, it's like being a hamster on a wheel. total madness.
