I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND IM ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND THEN NO RESPONSE. Never ordering from Ariat every again and everyone else’s shouldn’t too. Worst customer service and products never arrive.

Poor customer service. I tried to order two days in a row in their UK shop. My credit card was rejected many times (but worked fine in other web shops). I asked for a bank account no for payment instead but was turned down in two emails and asked to contact a local reseller which there are none of in my country. Very disappointed with this and had to look for Xmas gifts elsewhere.

Has anyone got a refund yet??? It’s been 1.5 months for me.

I would expect that the new Heritage IV ladies zip paddock boots would at least be as water resistant as every other pair of shoes and boots that I own, including my old £40 paddock boots and work heels. Customer service has washed their hands of my complaint. Having had Ariat boots for years, this has never happened before, but I won't buy Ariat again. If you have high arches, they will also be very tight when you zip them up.

I had to seek out places to post a negative review of Ariat and their terrible customer service. They don’t respond to you if you call them, they don’t respond on facebook, and if you leave a negative review on their website their moderators delete it so only 4 and 5 star reviews show! So unethical. This is the review that they say “doesn’t meet their website guidelines”: Boots on their own would score 4-5, but the customer service is what will stop me being a repeat customer, and will have me recommending the competitors over Ariat. You call and nobody answers, you use their call back service, nobody calls back for over 3 hours. You reach out on Facebook and you don’t get a response for over 27 hours! Then they say someone will contact you, so far I’m at 3 days and still waiting for that to happen. Stetson and Justin Boots’ customer service runs rings around these people, and the quality is just as good. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

haven't received boots. please respond as to when I will receive. on, stay away from the boots from service 3 they are from China nothing but a Fraud ordered boots and when order came it was a pair of ray band (knock outs) when I advised the site was told they made a mistake and if I wanted a refund they would only give me 38% of price I paided nothing but a rip off never but Arait boots

Very frustrating as I returned the boots the next day as they were too wide on my leg. I am still waiting for my refund on €200 over a month later. Terrible service.

I've always been a loyal customer to ariat but unfortunately the usual quality of their boots has gone down the drain. I bought some tall riding boots and the zips are failing, after only 20 minutes of riding the zip is by my ankle. Very disappointed as i have looked after them very well, always cleaned and have boot shapers in after every use in a heated tack room. Lost my faith in them entirely
