Ladies wellingtons
Ladies wellingtons exceptionally disappointed, Super fit super comfy fabulous soles. What I thought were brilliant wellies split down the legs within a few months. Le Chameau are a far better long lasting bet.

The returns process needs to be modernised. They seem to be stuck in the 1980s. I wanted to return an item but I don't have access to a printer. I had to email them the returns label, they then print and post to me. I the return the parcel. No confirmation from them it was received so I had to chase that. I was then told it can take up to 14 days to get my money back. From beginning to end it's going to take 3.5 weeks. I want to order another size so I wait until I get my money or shell out again! Never had such a faffy returns process in this modern era with great technology available. When I order again I'm going to have to pay another £5 postage despite spending over £100 on my original purchase. 🤔

I bought the brown darlin boots 12 months ago. I loved them. Although I recently noticed the sole coming away. I m gutted to say the least. Don t think they I can even get them fixed. My boots usually last alot longer than 12 months.

I only had my steeled toes work boots for about four months. And the soles started separating from the shoe. Ariat granted me a return, but in order to receive my new boots, I have to destroy the boots that’s already torn. How can i destroy these boots when these are the only ones I have to work in. I just want a replacement. I shouldn’t have to miss work

I've had two pairs of Ariat Langdale boots now. They are lovely looking boots, and comfortable from the word go. However, the first pair failed within six months and were replaced under guarantee without fuss. However, this morning I've been out to walk the dog and have come home with two wet feet. Admittedly it is raining, quite hard too. But these boots are supposed to be waterproof. This pair have survived for 15 months - though it has to be recognised that those 15 months include two summers when generally they haven't been worn at all. For two hours wear daily for 9-10 months, the price is simply not justifiable. I'm very, very disappointed. I've only given two stars because it was quite simple to get a replacement under guarantee. The quality really is only worth one star.

(From a UK buyer!) I read a load of negative reviews about Ariat but after realising every website will have those I took a chance. My boots didn't take long to arrive and I was excited as they were a gift by someone else. They were tighter than expected but I bought a size 6 and didn't mind that. For the £160 I paid however, they are very disappointing. My advice to anyone looking at Ariat is of course to use the OFFICIAL website but also to expect to get worse quality than you pay for. Boots get scratched over time but these arrived with scuff marks all over and scratches all round the tops of the boots. I would never have paid what I did for these. Really disappointed in what I thought would be a good website for the prices.

I want to buy some boots but want to know the width measurement. Called and asked, and was told that information was unobtainable. Apparently they've been asked the question several times but can't come up with an answer and there's no one who knows. Obviously that's not the case - they manufacture them, someone knows the sizes! I could order them and return without having to pay postage either way, but what a waste of company money and transport resources! Please update the size guides with width measurements per size. That's pretty simple, obviously answers a question several people have and would make financial and environmental sense.
