This company is a complete joke. I ordered a pair of boots as an anniversary present for my husband on 2/17/2022 and i called to check on them 1 week later and they never even shipped, the customer service rep then promised me they would be sent out asap, then i receove an email anpther week later they are out of stock! Call back order a different pair and guess what!? Never shipped again. Just cancelled the order, now we will see how long it takes to get my money back.

$140 joke Worst boots I have ever had on my feet. Started rubbing inner heal to the point they were unwearable. These were 4 months old and I had broken them in. The more I got them broke in the worse they got. Horrible I don’t even have the words for their customer service. I have called and started multiple complaints. No email, no response period. This company should be ashamed.

Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s not written on. Boots started leaking after 8 months due to a failure along a seam. Flagged with customer service and was told it was because the leather was in poor condition (It isn’t - there are no cracks in the leather nor is it dry) and that I should have been applying leather treatments despite the fact the leather was in good condition. Won’t honour warranty for this reason. Perhaps need to say on the product info for the boots that the warranty is only honoured if consistently applying leather treatments as these £130 boots are apparently so delicate!! For context my 10 year old pair of Dubarrys are still going strong just with an annual leather treatment so confused why Ariats are so much less robust

I bought a pair of womens Terrain zip up H20 shirt riding boots. Within 2 weeks they were leaking, sopping wet feet after walking over wet grass. I complained and 7 weeks later and numerous photos and emails, they have asked for me to post them back for inspection! In the meantime I have no boots and can’t afford to cough up another £130 for another pair. Don’t buy from Ariat!!! They offer inferior products at high prices and no descent customer service.

I bought a pair of ariat Langdale long boots almost £200 I’ve had them 12 months and falling apart. These are supposed to be country boots the leather on top of foot split and came away from the side a friend bought the same boots same time same happened to her disgraceful Ariat didn’t want to know as out of 12 month warranty will never buy ariat again

Atrocious quality, and ZERO customer service or loyalty. I have been an Ariat customer for about 15 years now, buying a pair of Ariats top end equestrian short boots approximately every 18 months. The last 3 pairs I have bought have literally fallen apart at the seams after 2/3 months. Ariat replaced the first pair, only for the second pair to do exactly the same, in exactly the same place. (The seam at the ball of the foot, where the toes and foot join) Both the stitching came away, and the leather cracked. Ariat ignored my photos, emails, requests for them to look into any changes in their manufacturing or quality control and just closed my case. The boots were under the exact same conditions and workload as the previous 10 or so pairs of boots I had from them, so they went from lasting approx 18 months...to 3 max - for their premier short €250 boot?! (Devon Pro, now Nitro)

I really should have checked these reviews ... After paying over £400 on 11th December and several calls to chase them up its Christmas Eve and the christmas present order hasn't even left Holland. Apparently they have to send parcels bound for Ireland via Holland, something that isn't advertised when you hand over the cash at point of order. Thanks Ariat you shower of incompetents

Boots are sub par but their service sucks I contacted them about a set of new Workhog 10001197 waterproof boots that I purchased. The lining in the left boot is coming out and I contacted Ariat and they have done nothing but give me the run around.
