Disgusting customer service I’ve been wearing a pair of yard boots for less than 6 months and they are damaged to the point they are unwearable. Ariat deceive you with their 12 month warranty and just use the excuse that you haven’t looked after the boots properly and I’m not the only one with this experience, terrible company

During Covid I bought a $200 jacket. Online through Ariat.com & it did not fit. I returned it with the order form, signature required, I have the receipt and name of who signed/received, and I bought another size that fit better. They never gave me a refund after several attempts and correspondences. No honor. No record.

Contacted the company about a pair of Burford navy size 4 blue which leaked In March 2022. A nice reply from customer services. Thank you for the information provided. Even though your boots are technically over 12 months old and out of warranty, we have reviewed all the details and we are happy to advise that on this occasion the warranty claim has been accepted. I regret that we do not have stock of the same item to be able to offer you a like for like replacement. I can therefore offer you a full refund. Details and bank account sent. I am still £100 out of pocket 3 months later. I would strongly recommend you consider other manufactures of boots.

My Ariat boots fell apart after 3 months of light use (bottom laces keeper just fell out?)… contacted Ariat for replacement pair… they wouldn’t replace them as I’d bought them in the sale!! Instead they refunded me my purchase price and told me to pay a cobbler to fix them!!!! I tried to argue that I just wanted a pair of boots that were fit for purpose- Ariat were not interested. As we teeter on the edge of a global recession I would have hoped that ‘big’ business would start caring about every customer- I will never buy one of their products again!!

I have been wearing Ariat cowboy boots since the mid 1990's. With each new purchase (8 overall) I noticed a distinct lowering of the quality and workmanship. The leather is of poor quality and for the most part the lining is synthetic. Forget about sizing; they're all over the place. My last pair (the last pair I will buy!) were lined with a nylon mesh. Think hot when you put them on. I actually gave them away. For the price you would be better off adding a few more dollars and get Lamas or one of the better know and better quality boots.

I am absolutely outraged I bought a coat 14 months ago and the main sip has broken I went back to my retailer who sent the pictures and a text to ariat and their response is simply it only has a 12 month guarantee this is a £300 coat and they’re trying to tell me that as it will only last 12 months absolutely ridiculous I shall be no longer buying this brand I’ve always bought ariat because your customer service has been excellent throughout the years until now

I bought a pair of waterproof boots and they are lovely but sadly they are not waterproof. I emailed to complain and was informed that only parts of the boots are waterproof but not all. I am very disappointed with them, they look lovely on but I do a lot of country walking and my feet get soaked if I need to wade through large puddles. I am sorry I did not check out trust pilot first or I would have looked elsewhere and I certainly will not be buying from Ariat again.

Customer service is awful. I love Ariat products and I now own two pairs of their Wexford boots. I bought my first pair 2-3 years ago. My most recent pair was gifted to me for Christmas in 2021. The new pair has a horrible stench to them, especially after prolonged wear. My other pair has never smelled like this. Other shoes I wear do not smell either, so I know it is not just my feet. I reached out about a month ago to their customer service. I was given instructions on how to find my retailer (confusing as these were ordered online) and to look at the warranty. I was simply looking for an explanation as to why this particular pair has an issue with odor. After responding, I never heard back. I followed up three more times and still got no reply. I sent a new email thread yesterday and they replied with instructions on returning the boot. Again, I was looking for some explanation as to why this particular pair has issues with odor. I responded clarifying what info I was looking for and they simply responded with, “Hello Allison, we have not had any issues with bad odor in our boots. We apologize for any inconvenience.” Anyway, their customer service is not helpful whatsoever. They lack effective communication and concern for their customer’s issues. Time to switch brands.
