Used to love wearing Ariat boots for full time horse farm job. Bought a pair of H2O boots back in March and already they’re destroyed and causing wet feet in the morning. Will never buy from stateline tack or ariat again for the cost!!! Shame on Ariat!!

I have had your hi king and riding boots, the rubber front on the last two pair have not even out lasted the laces. If you don’t come up with a new material in the front of the shoe I will not be able to purchase in the future. Thxs

This company is THE WORST! I used to always buy Ariat boots, but never again. They had bits in sale in there web site its a Scam! You order them they cancel them. I called them they said yeah we still have them order them online again. They showed they had them still online but i called and had the guy in the phone check the stock for me telling him what they did on my 1st order. He checked and said yes there are plenty in your size in sorry and i will take the order for you over the phone so there's no mix up this time. He took my order said he was mailing it out right away and sorry for the trouble.... well 2 weeks later I'm wondering why there not already here. I get another email CANCELED. I call called them AGAIN. This time they now say sorry we are out of stock???? Well you weren't out of stock the last 2 time and they last guy double checked and promised they would get my order it to me right away. They had no intentions of filing any order that there site shows on sale. Beware of there scam DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. I for sure week NEVER purchase another Ariat product. Wish i would have checked online reviewd before buying anything from this crooked company

Absolutely shocking customer services ! Stay clear of this awful company. I ordered a pair of boots, they were delivered on time, unfortunately they sent me the wrong boots and two left footed boots. Now I have to send the box back in my own time and wait 14 days for a refund. Ariat, I'm sure you don't care, but you're truly awful.

I got a pair of Tek Grip Gloves before the pandemic. Recently brought them out for the first time to wear to a riding trip. I know they are cheap so one cannot expect too many things but I feel that they should at least afford minimum protection against the elements. They failed. My hands were badly sunburnt after an 8-day riding trip, The rest of me was fine. SO that says a lot. The gloves were also disintegrating as I was wearing them. Every time i took them off, i found bits of the material all over my hands and under my nails. But because i was on a riding trip, I had no choice as no one else had spare gloves. But in hindsight, i might as well have not worn anything since my hands were so badly sunburnt after. I wrote an honest review online. Ariat said they would contact me separately. I showed them photos of how sunburnt my hands were. The conclusion is that they have sold thousands and not had complaints, so I just got a bad one from the supplier.. in other words, it's too bad. So I wanted to find out if anyone had similar issues. I posted on Facebook. And also included the photos. They deleted my comments. Someone reached out to me to ask me to contact their customer service but already blocked me from even looking at Ariat (but anyway, i have contacted customer service). Proceeded to block me on all social media as well. Well, fine. Ariat, there is a whole riding community out there. People should know the truth about your gloves, your products, your lack of integrity and your customer service standards. I won't be surprised if Ariat does something about this too. Shutting people down is what they know to do best. This is why they can claim no one else had complaints like me.. Cos they are shutting them down. Ariat may have all the "machinery" and means to do..

HORRIBLE - basically no customer service! I was sent a pair of jeans that were broken (zipper has no pulley on it). I sent an email Sunday and called Monday. Took 4 days to respond to an email and my call Monday went unresponded to - I’ve asked to be escalated and still nothing! Bought jeans for vacation - I have a 36” inseam and it’s almost impossible to find - so I paid for these but they were sent broken. Absolutely zero help! And rep Guadalupe was incredibly rude and refused to help at all!

Saved for a long time to finally get a pair of long ariat riding boots. I had them fitted but despite months of wearing them in the house, up and down the stairs and riding in them as long as I can tolerate, they're painful to ride in. I've been trying to contact ariat on various platforms for a month. Keep being told someone will email me or contact me, yet whenever I do get contacted it's just to ask me what the issue is, again, then ignore me! I've lost count of the number of times I've tried contacting them now.

Ordered a item but unfortunately had to return. Return within 2 days, messaged a week later to confirm they received the return. Received the 9th, allowed 14 working days for refund. 14 working days later still not refund. Contacted them and was told ill have to wait another 3 to 5 working days to show in my bank! Then I get a email saying... you will receive your refund in 14 working days !!! My granddaughter saved birthday money and pocket money to order this, but has to wait I don't know how long to gwt her money back to order an alternative item. How can other companies give refunds with in days but Ariat can't arrange a refund until a customer has to complain.
