Terrible customer service! After placing an order via the German website and receiving the order confirmation i never got any further info from Ariat about the status of my order. The boots were supposedly in stock and shipping was said to be max. 5 days. That was 9 days ago and my order has not even been sent yet. More importantly, I wrote two emails to customer service, left a voicemail, left a call-back request and even finally managed to speak to a customer service representitive in my tenth attempt to call the hotline. The employee told me that she‘ll get back to me which never happened. Neither did anyone contact me after my several other contact requests. Horrible service, i will vote with my wallet and not buy here.

Ik kocht 14 maanden terug een paar Ariat Harper H2O, waarvan ik ze ongeveer 6 maanden heb gebruikt voor rijden en grondwerk, er zijn GEEN stallen in uitgemest! Schoenen altijd netjes onderhouden volgens de instructies met Ariats eigen verzorgingsproducten en toch is het leer gaan scheuren en zijn ze nu zo lek als een mandje. Dit was het duurste paar stalschoenen dat ik kocht in jaren en ze gingen het kortste mee! Wat een waadeloze kwaliteit!

Poorly made product at premium price. No customer service. Will avoid in the future.

Bought a pair of country boots and they didn’t fit. I sent them back hoping for my money to be returned promptly but still waiting and after checking the website apparently it can take 14 WORKING days from receiving the parcel back to refunding your payment. Absolutely shocking that the funds can’t be refunded quicker than this !

I purchased a pair of ladies zip front waterproof boots - which leaked so I went through the excruciating returns process and they sent me a replacement pair - which also leaked! I had also purchased a pair of waterproof skyline walking boots - which also leak, after much conversation and photo's they have agreed to send me another pair (which I have no doubt will leak, but we shall see), however this time they want me to cut up my old boots and send them photos. I live on my own, have arthritic hands and cannot cut the boot anywhere which would make it unusable. I have contacted Ariat by email on numerous occasions asking if I can return the boots instead - and have had zero reply. Had I read any of the Trust Pilot reviews I would never have purchased from them

Oh how I wish I’d checked trust pilot before ordering!!! Ordered 3 pairs of jeans. All nice enough and the quality was good but non of them fit right and when they are £100 a pair you want them perfect. No printer so I followed the instructions on the invoice that said the email the address to arrange return. It’s been a week and 3 emails later I still have no response!! My 30 days for returns runs out in a couple of weeks so I’m not sure what to do. I need my money back. Nice stuff but avoid the official website!!

Purchase a pair of socks and was sent two left feet. My only option given by customer service was to return and reorder. As the socks were part of a larger order they would now be £5 more expensive. I think this a poor outcome and has certainly put me off purchasing through Ariat.

Stitching coming out of front seam after three days of office wear. I have attempted to file a warranty claim 5 times now with no follow up from company. They are hard to get a hold of then they never follow through. Quality of the high priced product is poor and their customer service is even worse than that, they do not deserve any stars. Latest contact said someone will contact me in 1 to 2 more days...still waiting.
