We have purchased 2 pair or jeans for my 16 year old in less than a year and they literally fall apart. Ariat will not warranty them uless you have a reciept to prove you bought them...I have the jeans and who in the world keeps a reciept from 6 months ago? Frustrated because what I pay for these jeans they should last way longer than 6 months. Giess we will find another brand that is better quality.

Their quality has gone down throughout the years. Very annoying when they take forever to process a refund. Very annoying when you try to chat with an agent and they never come on. Ariat, do better.

Sehr schlechter Kundendienst Hab eine Reithose direkt bei ARIAT bestellt. Nach nur 3 Mal tragen beim Reiten, ist die Naht ziemlich weit eingerissen. Für den Preis von 150€ finde ich, darf das nicht passieren. Vorallem nicht beim 3 Mal tragen. Von der Firma kamen keine Rückmails, beim Kundendienst geht telefonisch keiner ran. Absolut schlechter Kundenservice. Das war das letzte Teil, was ich dirket bei ARIAT bestellt habe. Damit ich die Reithose noch tragen kann, musste ich den Schneider dafür natürlich selbst bezahlen.

Great products; however, if you don't want to keep the item it takes 14 business days to get a refund. That is Monday through Friday--so they end up keeping your money for 20 days...seems a little strange. They can charge you right away, but after they get the product back it takes DAYS to get a credit.

MY REVIEW IS STRICTLY ON ONLINE SERVICE!! I purchased 2 pair of boots online and didn't receive them until 18-21 days later. Normal delayed delivery should only take maybe 5 days longer than the typical 2-4 days for regular delivery. Not the case! I finally returned one pair since I didnt like them. After 8-10 days, I finally recieved an email stating that my item was received and it would take upwards 14 days to receive my refund (showed me the amount I'd receive too). Welp, today, 20 days later (6 additional days from the 14 days), I receive yet another email stating that they received my return and are processing my refund and it will be on its way 12-14 days. What the heck!?!? Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my darn $. It will soon be 60 days from when they recieved my item to when I get my money back. Ri-F-N-diculous!!! Oh and to also add, you can not get a refund in the store!! Only an exchange. So pitiful! I will never ever buy anything online and probably will not buy anything in the store either. I will say, I loved the boots I kept! stylish and comfy!

Brilliant brand with the best boots and clothes just shockingly bad customer service.

Got a pair of ariat work boots. Soles were toast within 2 weeks of use. Not happy paying that price for only half the boot to barely hold up. Ok if you have a new set of soles on hand to replace the factory ones with.

I had a pair of Ariat terrain work boots for about ten years and they were awesome (I would previously go through a pair of boots every year). I replaced them with the same boot and I don’t know what they have done to the lining but they are really stinky. Have only had them about 6months and have now replaced with another brand. I’m not sure why they messed with them as they were perfect before but I wouldn’t buy boots from them again.
