Shocking is a understatement, If you get lucky and receive a item that’s not damaged then happy days I’m afraid I’ve brought 4 pairs of dealer boots and 2 are damaged the return process is very very difficult and frustrating so due to this I would not recommend spending 1p with this company

Order no. GE5582992529US I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and both were defective (the first pair's buttonhole was too small and the second pair's leg seam was crooked) so they sent me a return shipping label and I returned them but was only refunded for one pair. The response I received from customer service was nonsensical gibberish. I am currently working with PayPal to get my money back.

Don’t order from this company if you want a refund. Their policy states refunds within 14 days. Day 14 still no sign of my refund so I chased only to be told it would be another 2-5 working days. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank.

I purchased some boots which I have enjoyed wearing. Unfortunately after 7 months they both split. I made contact with Ariat Customer Service and after a week with no reply I decided to call. I spoke to a helpful lady who said Leanne was dealing with my issue and she would chase this up for me. In the meantime as requested I provided photos of the faults. Leanne eventually replied to my email requesting the information I had already sent in. I sent this again. Days later I was asked for proof of purchase and found this in a statement. Days later I was asked of proof of the year of the statement. I sent this info again. Days later I was asked what activities I carried out in the wellies! And so it goes on. Today, 16 days later, I received a reply saying I need to go back to the retailer. Leanne's only defence was they experience high levels of customer queries..... I wonder why?

I was shopping on Ariat's website when I noticed a negative customer review. The customer didn't know how shirt sizes worked and falsely claimed Ariat sent him the wrong size twice. But they didn't as per his photograph. His review was harshly worded as well. You could tell he was angry for the mistake HE MADE. This prompted me to reach out to them to let them know about the undeserving review. In the email I expressed my disdain for the reviewers ignorance and stupidity. My "case" was closed without a response from a customer service agent. So I went to the website to speak directly to an agent using their "speak to agent" tab. The woman I spoke with, Tiffany, told me that I insulted another human being and that she didn't know what I wanted from them. She was very rude and brash about it. I went to type a response and the chat was ended by the customer service agent. I really can't believe what I just went through. I was trying to look out for the company and denigrated me. Just because they thought I "insulted another human being" even though that human being will probably never know I spoke negatively of their intelligence level. Ariat and Tiffany actually INSULTED ME, a human being, straight to my face. If they just responded with an email that said "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will look into it" like any good company would do... But instead I was thrown under the bus for wanting to correct an ignorant person's negative review. INSANE.

I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before buying from Ariat. It's not the products that are the problem, it's the customer service and returns procedure. Impossible to print a returns label, impossible to contact anybody about it... It's as if they are trying to avoid returns. If you'd like to buy Ariat products, I'd recommend using a more reliable wholesaler.

I had these boots for 3 weeks and the rubber is already peeling off the bottom. The first week they gave me a blister so bad I still have it 3 weeks later. I want my money back or something what a waste.

1st our of boots split on the ankle creaes just after the end of 12 month warranty period. Ariat replaced as a gesture of goodwill. 2nd pair have split in exactly the same place - again just after warranty has expired. No replacement offered. Very poor durability for the price. I won’t be buying Ariat again.
