Wow….absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered items on Dec 10. Never got updates that items had shipped. Impossible to reach customer service by phone, chat, etc. Got an update 2 days ago saying they were overwhelmed but I would get the order by Christmas. Today (12/21) I was notified order is cancelled because items are out of stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm not even going to go into my whole ordeal of an initial order I placed on 12/11/24, Just suffice to say their customer service is horrible, the representatives are incredibly rude, if you can actually get to one, The live chat is completely ignored, when you do call customer service, you'll be on hold for almost an hour and then it will automatically hang up on you. The only way to get any issue resolved is to email the company and threaten bad reviews on social media and elsewhere, and then MAYBE it will get resolved.

Terrible, ordered 20 days ago still have not received!! Customer service no help, I will return order. It gave me time while waiting for customer service (on hold for 30 minutes now) to read reviews on Ariat. Did not realize products are made in China? Really? Poor reviews across every platform.

Let's see where do I start....I called and held for 20 minutes only to be forced to leave a voicemail. I was promised a callback and that never happened. I tried to chat with a rep and Noone ever came on. I tried to call again, it's still normal business hours, and they say they are closed. I have two orders, one from two weeks ago that they just canceled half of. I received no email. I found out from my payment method sending me an alert of a refund. It's now 7 days til Christmas and half my kids Christmas are.on these two big orders. I would highly suggest not ordering from these people. Their customer service absolutely sucks!!!

Unbedingt von diesem Unternehmen Abstand nehmen!! Einen Stern gibt es von mir nur zwangsläufig, um eine Bewertung abgeben zu können. Meine angeblich wasserfesten Boots Moresby, zu dieser Zeit 195.-€ wert, waren leider nicht wasserfest. Eine Reklamation wurde nach etlichen Emails mit Fotodokumentation und auch nach einem Telefonat einfach nicht mehr beantwortet. Man sollte besser bei echten Premium Marken wie Lowa, Timberland, Aigle etc. kaufen Einfach unverschämt Firma und Kundenservice!!!

I ordered a pair oh Hilo slip on shoes. Really liked them. They are a 1/2 too big. Usually wear an 11 which is what ordered. Need to exchange for a 10 1/2. Process seemed easy enough. I received a QR code to take to a UPS store. I had the original box/packaging it came in. The UPS store said the QR code doesn’t cover packaging. Only shipping. So I had to buy a box. That’s ridiculous. This is the SAME day I received the shoes. I’ve called three times. Always put in hold and nobody ever picks up. I’ve emailed three times with zero response. Beginning to believe this company has some scam in them. I just want to know how I can exchange my Hilo shoes for a smaller size without having to purchase packaging for shipping since I have the original packaging. The original packaging was a the shoe box came in a white shipping bag. This is ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service. Buyer be ware.

Waarom duurt het drie weken om een retour te verwerken? Niet eens een bevestiging dat het goed is aangekomen. Wil graag mijn geld terug!
