Very excitedly ordered my boots, they arrived but were wayyyyy too small I couldn’t fit my foot in at all not even half way so returned immediately. Well over a week after my return was confirmed to have arrived at Ariat there was still no email acknowledgment of my return being received and refund being processed. I emailed to chase for a response and nothing…. Wow. Never ordering from these guys again.

They don't stand behind their product. They sell low quality products at a high quality price. I bought their jeans, shirts and work clothes for several years, they split, broke, and failed. When I contacted their customer service, the response was dismal. They spin you around and lie about their quality. I just wanted a solid pair of jeans, I got weak ass China quality.

Returned several items, value over £300, on 04/04/2025. Received an email on 04/04/25 that they received my returns and my refund is on its' way. It's now 30/04/25 and I have no refund. I've called them 2 times already and each time they say my refund is on it's way. This is terrible business, which appears to be echoed by other customers.

Purchased a pair of boots in March and then didn't fit so I wanted an exchange. Received an email on 04/04/25 that they received my boots and my refund is on its' way. It's now 04/28/25 and I have no refund or exchanged boots. I've called them 3 times already and each time they say my refund is on it's way. This is terrible business. I will be disputing this with my CC company.

We've had a rather disappointing experience with Ariat. We ordered two pairs of women's western boots in the same size, but one pair didn't fit, so we initiated a return. The initial return request process was straightforward — but that's where the simplicity ended. The return authorization email clearly stated that the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return was accepted by the courier. However, it's now been over 7 weeks — 23 business days — and still no refund. I’ve contacted Ariat Customer Service three times. Each time, I was given a different excuse or explanation for the delay. One representative even abruptly ended the call without properly closing the conversation. To sum it up: the boots are great, but the refund process and customer service have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Boots arrived damaged & awful customer service

Its a scam i lost my money and no contact back from anyone even called official customer service and they have no record of any transaction. Just bad all around

Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich bisher erlebt habe. Zwei Artikel (komplette Bestellung) wurden innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist zurückgeschickt, Paket ist laut DPD bei Ariat angekommen. Es wurde lediglich die Retoure eines Artikels bestätigt, aber der andere Artikel gutgeschrieben. Trotz mehrfacher direkter Nachfrage erfolgte bisher keine entsprechende Rückmeldung an Klarna, die nun mittlerweile Mahngebühren erheben und sich selbst nicht mit Ariat in Verbindung setzen. Ich werden von weiteren Käufen von Produkten von Ariat in jedem Fall absehen und empfehle dies eindringlich!
